Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before returning any item, please contact us at winizcreations@gmail.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The item received is defective.
- The item was damaged upon delivery.
- An error occurred while preparing your order.
In these situations, WINIZ will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Gift cards.
- Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or another item, please submit a return request and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers are entitled to the rights provided under applicable European consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
